TAGHEER has established an in-house high-caliber team to support the growing Management and M&E needs of GIRoA, Development actors, Humanitarian NGOs, and Private sector across Afghanistan. TAGHEER’s team is comprised of both local and international staff and readily available consultants. We employ expert Management and M&E specialists who assume the role of business developers, task managers, quality, and communication experts; and who are then supported by external subject-matter specialists to advise technically on project design, management, and evaluation of awarded assignments.
