Dr. Kerrin Barrett is a highly skilled evaluator and advisor with more than 18 years of professional experience. She has worked in public and education sector projects in the US and the UK, as well as in developing countries such as Afghanistan, Mexico, China, Ghana, and Jamaica.
Throughout her extensive career, Kerrin has served in a number of different roles, to include evaluator, senior monitoring and evaluation (M&E) advisor, senior evaluation consultant, curriculum designer, independent reviewer, national evaluator, senior education consultant, organizational development consultant, capacity building advisor, senior technical advisor, TVET advisor, gender and education research analyst, team lead and instructional designer, research instructor, research assistant, and external evaluator.
Kerrin received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, a master’s degree in Development Management from the American University in Washington DC, and a second master’s degree in Educational Technology in Developing Nations from Harvard University. In 2008, Kerrin earned her Ph.D. in Distance Education from the University of New Mexico.
